Home Monitoring - Inside & Out

Planning a trip? Our professional home watch service keeps your mountain home maintained while you're away. We monitor appliances, check for water leaks, check heating/cooling systems, look for storm damage, and search for security issues. After storms, we can visit your property, reset systems after power outages, and help give your home an occupied appearance by collecting mail and coordinating maintenance.   • Departure Services How often have you left your home and then questioned "did I turn off…", "did you lock…." ??

  • Be at ease with a departure visit - A departure visit can verify your home has been left in the condition you desired including disposal of trash and groceries that you prefer are removed so you're not faced with odors and spoiled food upon your return.

  • Arrival Services Preparing the house for arrival by adjusting lights and temperature to your desires and providing basic curbside pick-up so the grocery shopping can wait until you've had a chance to rest from your travels.
