We strongly believe our services are reasonably priced for the value provided. When you compare the possible damage and expense due to problems that can arise such as a leak, mold, damage by pests or vagrants with the cost, our services are an excellent value. Friends and neighbors can be a great addition to offering oversight for your home for basic walk through or handling mail, but they most likely will not be as thorough as a Home Watch Professional, and typically have limited and inconsistent availability.
